ORDER & PAY
Once you've found something you like and wish to make a confirmed purchase,
1) leave a comment on the particular entry with the item name, size or colour (if any),
your email address and enquiries at the most bottom under "Leave a comment".
2) priority orders will be taken on a first come first serve basis followed by email orders.
3) any customers who back out from a transaction after being invoiced will be
deemed as deadbuyer regardless of reason.
4) all payments have to be in within 24 hours from the time of being invoiced.
5) we only accept ibanking/ATM transfer to DBS/OCBC. To transfer to
HSBC/CITIBANK will only be advised upon request. Interbank transfer is also
acceptable but 3 working days are required for verification. No paypal payment
is available currently.
6) ATM transfer have to be accompanied by a snapshot of the transaction receipt
(scanned copies are not acceptable).
1) All customers on the mailing list will enjoy free normal postage with any purchase.
2) Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we will not be responsible for any lost
mail as normal mail is untrackable. Registered mail is available at an additional
SGD2.24 per package.
3) Free registered mail will be given with purchases of SGD70 and above.
4) Self-collection is not available unless otherwise stated.
1) We strongly advise that all apparels are hand washed in mild detergent.
2) Please turn apparel inside-out before washing/ironing.
3) Avoid using the spin/dry function especially for delicate material like lace or knit wear.
4) For apparels with 2 or more colours, please refrain from soaking in water.
5) Do avoid exerting force when washing TLD apparels on printed fabric.
6) Set low heat settings to prevent damaging the apparels like lace / chiffon / silk / polyester / viscose.
1) Kindly check all apparels upon receipt of parcels. Any issue has to be communicated
to us via email within 7 days from date of receipt with clear snapshot of defected area(s).
2) Item must mailed back to us within 3 days upon confirmation from us for exchange.
All exchanges must be done via registered postage.
3) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged
with return address provided on the parcel.
4) In the event that the item is no longer in stock, store credits will be given.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
5) Item(s) must be in original unworn and unwashed condition in order to be eligible
for the exchange. If we found condition not met, exchange will not be process.
6) Kindly note that measurements may vary from 0.5" to 0.75" due to mass manufactured.
As it is not consider as manufacturing defect, hence, no exchange will be entertained.
7) Colours of items may be slightly differs due to studio lighting/monitor setting/resolution.
No exchange/refund will be entertained.
